You have 14 days after receipt to request a return.

Return conditions

The product must be:

• not used

• in its original state

• in its complete packaging
  

Returns are not accepted for:

• damaged items upon receipt

• personalized items

• gift cards
  

Return shipping costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of an error on our part (defective product or wrong item sent).

Procedure

1. Send an email to contact@tonsite.com with your order number

2. We will send you the return address.

3. Once the product is received, it will be checked and refunded within 5 to 10 business days.
   

Refund

The refund will be issued to the payment method used for the purchase.
The initial delivery charges are non-refundable.
